Section C

  • Tax rates changed to 21% to match the current U.S. corporate tax rate.

Section E

  • Tax rates changed to 21% to match the current U.S. corporate tax rate.

  • Added NPV and IRR Compared and Contrasted, pages 170-172.

Section F

  • Expanded the discussion of the SMA, pages 209-219.
  • Added Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting, page 227.
