For service security purposes and to ensure that our web site and services remain available to all users, we employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
For service management, information is collected for statistical purposes. Computer software programs are used to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. No personal information, such as your name or address, is collected or used for this analysis. We collect no information that would identify you personally.
We automatically collect and store only the following information about your usage of our services:
To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to your personal and account information to persons who need to know that information to provide you products or services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard information.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any company or individual unless you have authorized us to do so (e.g. to display a testimonial). The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained consistent with this privacy notice even if you decide to close your account(s), your account becomes inactive, or when you otherwise cease to interact with us.
Information collected by us, no matter the source, can be used by us for the purposes of improving our service offerings (such as adding additional bandwidth or capability to the most-used services). We do not frequently use collected email addresses for mass mailing, but we reserve the right to do so under certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, information regarding a security vulnerability, information regarding extended outages, or announcements of major upgrades. Such mailings will occur no more frequently than absolutely necessary.
HOCK international, LLC may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web site.

This includes information that is otherwise publicly available, such as name and address, when disclosing it would reveal the fact that you are or have been a user of our services.

I believe that you did a great job on the HOCK materials. Anyone who does a reasonable study of the materials, especially ExamSuccess, should be able to pass the exam.
