Most of the companies that offer a "pass guarantee" require candidates to meet very specific requirements in order to qualify for the benefits of the guarantee, such as submitting software records showing that they have completed all their practice problems and scored at least 90% on all them. If you meet the qualifications but fail an exam anyway, then they will let you have access to their materials until you pass.
Even though HOCK does not offer a pass guarantee, we provide all of the same benefits as the companies who do provide a pass guarantee, but without all of the overhead. All of our students get unlimited updates to our materials, and your online access has no pre-defined expiration date. In addition, in the unfortunate event that you do not pass the exam, we work with you one-on-one until you do pass.
The one thing we do not offer to someone who fails is a refund. We think that you want to pass, not to get your money back, and so that is what we help you do - pass the exam.
